Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our hours of operations are Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. We are closed on weekends and major national holidays.

Q: how much do you charge?

A: At Gibson Construction we want to help fix your problems, not break your bank. We charge one of the lowest hourly rates among licensed construction companies in the Las Vegas Valley.  For specific pricing, please call our office at (702) 399-4600 to receive a quote or estimate.

Q: I have an emergency! will you come and help me even when the Gibson construction office is closed?

A: YES! Our service department is on-call 24/7. If you have an emergency that is after hours please call our emergency dispatch at (702) 301-8218. If we are still open, call us at (702) 399-4600. Calls after 2pm on weekdays that need a response the same day will fall under this category. 

Q: I need service done today, but I don't consider it an emergency. what do i need to do?

A: Please call our office at (702) 399-4600. If you call our office before 2pm*, we can schedule you for a Same Day dispatch**.
*Same day rate applies during office hours between 8am-2pm only.

 

Q: I called you for a service and I haven't seen anyone come. When will they come?

A: We promise we have not forgotten about you!  Our service department can be very busy. Our technicians are out at another job site or on route to you next. If you need to find out when they are coming please call our office at (702) 399-4600.
 

Q: Do you do work for residential properties such as my home?

A: We don't do any residential home work at this time. We are licensed and insured for commercial and industrial properties.
